DURING BREAKFAST:

– 2 tablets of Carnitina 1000

DURING LUNCH:
– 2 tablets of Omega3 HD

BEFORE TRAINING:
– Oat Flakes bar 90 minutes before training

DURING TRAINING SESSION:
– 30 g Mineral Plus in 500 ml of water

AFTER TRAINING:
– 30 g Protein Whey in 250 ml of water
