DURING BREAKFAST
– 1 tablet of Multivit Forte
– up to a 2 tablets of Carnitina 1000
BEFORE TRAINING
– Oat Flakes 90 minutes before training
DURING TRAINING SESSION
Swim:
– Mineral Plus in a water bottle in a sidepool
Bike:
– Mineral Plus in a water canteen
if more than 90 min Fruit Bar or similar energy bar you will want to use in race every hour.
Run:
– if more than 90 min 1 Carbo Sprint BCAA every 50 minutes
AFTER TRAINING SESSION:
– 30 g of Protein IsoWhey in 25 ml of water
