Right of withdrawal

The Legislative Decree 06/06/2005 n.206, relative to the protection of consumers in the matter of distance contracts, foresees in article 64 the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists in the possibility, exclusively in favor of the consumer, to withdraw from the purchase unconditionally, without having to provide Nutritional4life with any explanation.
However, the consumer will have to return any purchased products already received. Nutrition4life will reimburse the consumer for any sum already paid by way of payment of the price of the products and contribution to shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised at any time after completing the purchase procedure and in any case within 14 working days from receipt of the goods (starting from the delivery date indicated by the courier), by communicating to Nutritiona4life the desire to exercise the right itself .

 

The notice of withdrawal and the data requested above can be sent to Nutrition4life  in the following ways:

– using the “contact us” form, available in all product data sheets of the site;

– by sending an e-mail to NUTRITION4LIFE

– by sending a letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

At the same address, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the consumer will have to return it (total or partial) only after having received authorization from the Nutrition4life staff . The return service is free and the shipping costs will also be reimbursed.

The reimbursement of any sum (already paid and corresponding to the entire order or to part of products for which it has been withdrawn) will be made with the same payment method used by the customer during the purchase phase.

Customers who purchase with a VAT number, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

For over-the-counter / non-prescription drugs, perishable goods and sealed products which, for health or hygiene reasons, can no longer be returned once opened, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Nutrition4life guarantees the products from any defect.
Should the consumer encounter a defect in the products purchased, he may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Alternatively and in the case of missing products, the consumer may request a free replacement: Nutrition4life will carry out the necessary checks (requesting reimbursement to the courier who took care of the transport) and will confirm the acceptance of the complaint.

Is the package damaged?

Please check the package carefully before signing the receipt to the courier and, should it be damaged in any way, always sign with a “control reserve” or “damaged packaging” clause.
Once the package has been opened, if the goods inside are damaged, notify us within 24 hours (via email) in order to start the complaint procedure immediately.
Remember that every complaint must always be sent complete with the references of those who forward it (name, surname, address, telephone and e-mail).
We cannot start with the complaint procedure (with possible withdrawal and / or replacement of the goods) if the delivery note does not indicate that the package was damaged.

Is shipping late?

Once the shipping confirmation e-mail has been received, delays could occur due to different reasons (haulage strikes, adverse weather conditions, traffic blockages, other reasons of the courier in charge, problems related to customs clearance, etc.).

Nutrition4life assumes no responsibility for such delays due to factors unrelated to our company.
