BEFORE TRAINING

DURING TRAINING SESSION
Swim:
Mineral Plus in a water bottle in a sidepool
Bike:
Mineral Plus in a water canteen
if more than 90 min Fruit Bar or similar energy bar you will want to use in race every hour.
Run:
– if more than 90 min 1 Carbo Sprint BCAA every 50 minutes

AFTER TRAINING SESSION:
– 30 g of Protein IsoWhey in 25 ml of water

In the period of training, after lunch you recommend 2 Omega 3 HD beads
